Leaving Tokyo heading south rapidly

After a harrowing night (for me, Adam slept like a baby).... We ventured to Tokyo station by subway to catch the Shinkansen, the bullet train to Kyoto. So imagine Penn station at rush hour and times that by 10, because that's the congestion of people we have to weave through to get to our train. I was barely keeping up, Adam was my hero, carrying my luggage up and down the stairs, along with his. We made it on the train, and got sick again just watching the world go by that fast! 

We passed Mt. Fuji on our way down going about 200 miles/hour. Anyway, even the bathrooms on the trains are nice... Finally we arrived in Kyoto.
